Analytics

Data analytics empower us to gain insights and improve performance of our websites

Overview

The branch uses analytics to measure, analyze, and report data to understand and optimize our digital properties.

Web analytics plays a crucial role in building and managing successful digital properties by providing actionable insights into user behavior, traffic sources, and overall site performance. The analysis of this data allows us to drive strategy to improve the user experience on websites, applications, and other digital properties.

Our Tools

Google Analytics

Google analytics allows the Digital Web Services team to track website traffic across all of the Judicial Council's web properties. It offers the ability to create custom reports and analyze user behavior. For example, the "Path Exploration Report" visually maps how users navigate the website, showing their paths from one page to the next.

Analytics Dashboards

The Digital Web Services team utilizes Looker Studio for creating dashboards. Looker Studio is a web-based data visualization tool that allows us to create interactive dashboards and reports by connecting to various data sources. These dashboards can be downloaded, shared with a link, or sent out as a recurring email.
